GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and must be redeemed within one year of the date of purchase. GIFT CERTIFICATES may not be used for repairs or related shipping charges.

JAMES is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If JAMES is notified prior to misuse of a lost or stolen gift certificate, we will gladly reissue your gift certificate for a fee of $5.00.
