Policies

Mailing List

The information you provide for the mailing list will be securely maintained and used exclusively to keep you informed about JAMES events and products. If, at anytime, you do not wish to continue to receive this information we will gladly remove you from our list upon request. JAMES respects your privacy and neither sells nor shares your information with outside third-parties or companies.

Delivery of Goods

JAMES will ship orders in stock upon receipt of payment, and will notify you regarding back orders. We will create made-to-order jewelry and clothing in the most timely manner possible and give you an estimated time for completion. Please note that all pieces are subject to material availability which may extend the delivery time. We will notify you of any delay.

Shipping

Shipping is via UPS or similar service and will be charged at cost. JAMES will reuse boxes and packaging as appropriate and available. We will ensure that the reused boxes and packaging are clean and sturdy. Our newsprint is 100% recycled.

Return Policy

JAMES will gladly accept returned items within 14 days of original purchase accompanied by a receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit only. All artwork, antiques, vintage clothing and jewelry, and made-to -order and custom designs are final sale.

Holds

We can hold items for 2 days.

Made to Order

JAMES jewelry is made-to-order. The stones and other natural materials used may vary in color, size and shape. No two pieces of jewelry will be identical because each stone has its own unique beauty and characteristics. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

Clothing and jewelry design alteration fees

Any design altered from its original state is subject to a design alteration fee. Additional material charges may also apply. An altered design is final sale.

Custom Designs

JAMES offers the ability to customize clothing and jewelry to your individual style. A 50% deposit is required to begin the design and fabrication process and is non-refundable.

Art on approval

Art can be taken out on approval for 2 days with a full charge on your credit card. Within 2 days you may bring back the art in same condition for a full refund on your card.

Repairs

JAMES will repair damage due to defective workmanship within thirty days from the date of purchase. A material charge may apply. After thirty days we will gladly repair any item, however a repair fee will apply, including additional material charges if applicable. Please contact JAMES for additional information.

Copyright Infringement

All logos, designs, names, concepts, graphics, images, processes and technology are the branded and protected property of JAMES. Trade Dress, Trademark and Copyright infringements will be prosecuted.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and partners.
